It has received widespread praise from employees’ families, with “peace of mind” and “reassurance” being the feedback most frequently mentioned by parents.
Today, Letong Home has become the most vibrant corner within Hongtian's production base. As a completely free welfare initiative for employees’ children, it provides dedicated shuttle services at fixed times and locations, saving parents the trouble of travelling back and forth before and after work. Nutritious lunches featuring balanced combinations of meat and vegetables are served daily, offering clean and tasty meals tailored to children’s developmental needs. Dedicated staff members also provide full-time supervision to ensure their everyday safety. During the summer holiday, a childcare programme has also been launched in response to employees’ needs. It is currently running smoothly and has received highly positive feedback. Yet the value of Letong Home extends far beyond basic supervision. A range of creative activities encourages children to develop their imagination and aesthetic awareness through hands-on practice. Spending time with peers allows them to build friendships and learn to share through games and teamwork, while engaging mini-classes broaden their horizons and encourage them to express themselves boldly and confidently.

Parents no longer need to divide their attention between work and family, allowing them to set aside their worries, remain focused in their roles, and devote themselves fully to production.
