The visiting faculty members and students were divided into three groups and guided by professional tour guides through the Group’s exhibition hall, CNAS laboratory, and other facilities. During the visit, they gained an in-depth understanding of the Group’s development history, industrial layout, and technological R&D achievements, while experiencing firsthand the modern production practices of the textile and apparel industry.

Following the tour, HT Group thoughtfully provided refreshments for the students to enjoy. The faculty members and students then gathered in the shared space to watch the company’s promotional video and annual gala video, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HT Group’s achievements in corporate culture development. A faculty representative took the stage to share insights and reflections on the visit. Li Lin, Chairman of HT Group and an industry professor, delivered remarks and exchanged views with the students on the future prospects of the textile and apparel industry. He encouraged them to develop a stronger sense of industry identity and build confidence in their future career paths.

The event also featured experience-sharing sessions with two HT Group alumni, Wang Yi and Han Qingyi. Drawing on their own professional experiences, both alumni shared their personal journeys from university studies to practical work in the industry. They answered students’ questions and offered valuable insights into career development, helping current students better prepare for the transition from campus to the workplace.

This visit provided an opportunity to effectively explore ways to ‘deepen university-industry collaboration in talent development, establish a platform for exchange on talent cultivation, further bridge the gap between universities and industry, and consolidate the foundations for industry-academia-research collaboration’.Looking ahead, HT Group will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education, work closely with educational institutions to cultivate highly skilled professionals, and promote resource sharing and mutually beneficial cooperation between the college and the enterprise.
